This 4th of July, the Hyatt Regency Austin is again partnering with the Texas Pork and Watermelon Associations and Go Texan for their 2nd annual Slice of Texas promotion. The event will take place on the lakeside patio of Marker 10 Spirits + Cuisine, the Hyatt”s lounge, from 5pm”8pm. Free watermelon will be served among other specialty menu items including Texas pulled pork sandwiches, fresh watermelon martinis, and watermelon skewers drizzled with local honey and aged balsamic vinegar”all prepared by the acclaimed culinary team at the Hyatt.

 

Inside Marker 10, enjoy the refreshing air conditioning, holiday specials on appetizers and drinks, and fresh sushi. Upstairs, in the Hyatt”s Southwest Bistro restaurant, Where the Wild Things Are will be playing as part of their Summer Cinema promotion, welcoming families to view complimentary family-friendly movies as they dine every Friday and Saturday evening throughout the summer.
