Islander volleyball will hold a Hitter/Blocker camp for middle and high school students from Tuesday, July 6, through Thursday, July 8 from 2-5p.m. at the Moody Sustainers Field House. The Hitter/Blocker Camp will emphasize the technique of the approach and arm swing, and the execution of play sets. Campers will improve arm swing, timing and approach mechanics, and work with setters to develop shots and learn to score more points. Hitter camp is for all front row players, and campers will train specifically at their position. Additional training will include transitioning from defense, blocking and serve receive, jump serving and out-of-system play.  Registration is $115 before Monday, June 21.
